Bylaws of Club ODAT

ARTICLE I — NAME AND PURPOSE

Section 1 — Name: The name of the organization shall be Club ODAT. It shall be

located at 398 York St., Suite 3, Hanover, Pennsylvania 17331, and operated as a

nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of

Pennsylvania.
